I work as a single senior operator who owns the whole path, from the first unclear constraint to a system running in production, monitored, and documented. Product-minded by habit: I founded TrainSphere, a marketplace I designed, built, and host end to end.
My bias is simplicity: the least clever solution that holds up in production, clear enough that the next person can extend it without me in the room.
